Whats the reason for this… when i catch someone staring at me and they wont stop my neck becomes stiff and if i dont hold it or look down my head will jerk slightly… why does this happen?

Whats the reason for this… when i catch someone staring at me and they wont stop my neck becomes stiff and if i dont hold it or look down my head will jerk slightly… why does this happen?
that’s not a neck problem, that’s a nerve problem, you must be sensitive about people looking at you, it obviosley makes you uncomfortable, try to relax and think of something else.
