Now that Bush has this huge 3 trillion dollar budget… increasing military funding, by freezing payments to hospitals and cutting medicare…. what will happen to the senior citizens who can’t afford health insurance on their shrinking SS benefit ? What will happen to the hospitals who are going to get stiffed for the payments ?

Please help me with my serious nasal problems….cuz I just can't take this anymore…?

I have sinus problems for over 5 years now. I’ve tried everything from nasal sprays, allergy pills, air purifiers, nose steaming, nasal strips. NOTHING WORKS. I can never breath through my nose and that feeling is so bad. My nose is always filled with mucus. I believe my dog and my cat is the cause of my sinus problem but I can’t just dump them away. Sometimes I just wanna die cuz my head feels so stiffed up. What can I do?? Anyone out there know what I’m talking about??

How much do you usually tip the pizza guy/girl? What if they charge for delivery too?

I am never sure how much to tip delivery people. I just ordered a pizza now & gave the guy 20% of what the bill was & that was with no delivery charge. What if there is a charge for delivery as well? Can’t blame the pizza guy/girl right? And it’s not like you can tip according to how good the food was because you don’t know yet? Has anyone ever delivered food & got "stiffed"? That would suck. Just wondering what or how I should tip.
Rebecca, I know I never under tip if I can’t afford a tip I run & get it myself or eat at home but over tipping an "embarassement" I highly doubt that if the shoe were on the other foot I wouldn’t be embarassed it’s a job!
I mean it’s a job that people expect a tip from I just wasn’t sure what most people tipped.

So, here’s my story:
I met this guy through my best friend about 3 weeks ago. At the moment he seems pretty perfect, he’s everything I’d want in a guy: He’s cute, he’s funny, he’s charming, he’s a gentleman. I’m 17 and he’s 18 and I’ve never really had a serious boyfriend before. I’ve only ever flirted with guys, but never let anything happen.
Anyway, we met about 3 weeks ago and it was me, him, my best friend and her boy friend. We hung out and played video games it was pretty chill, we got to know each other and exchanged numbers etc
I challenged him to a rematch in video games a week later, cause i wanted to see him again. Loser buys ice cream
We hung out again, I lost but he bought me ice cream anyway. After that we texted each other every day for about a week then hung out again.
This time it was me, him and my best friend. We hung out for 7 straight hours and didn;t get bored of eachothers company and at the end of the night, me and him kissed. and kissed. and kissed. It was nice but awkward. (don’t worry about my friend she did this to me all the time with her bf so payback haha
Anyway, we hung out again last night, about 4 days after that last hang out. A double date, me him my friend and her bf again. We went bowling and had a good time. But after bowling, we went back to his car and things got a little…heated. We just started kissing, but we started getting really into it and at one point we were even horizontal in the back seat. It was kind of overwhemling because i’ve never been in that situation before, but i liked it. His hands got a little frisky, but it was all mainly on top of my clothes. At one point, his hand went up the back of my shirt but when i stiffed up, he respectfully took his hand out.
It was hott. Literally. We steamed up the windows of his car (which I found to be pretty funny.
Anyway, I really need advice, i’ve never been in this situation before so I can’t judge if we are going too fast. I have 2 types of friends, a and b: a) they are incredibly sexually open and treat sex like a fun recreational activity with random guys at parties b) they are incredibly prude and don’t even kiss a guy until a couple months of dating.
I love my friends but they are awful when giving dating advice. Help?

Am I wrong for wanting to leave him?

My husband and I have been married for 6 years. We have a 5 year old son together. He had gotten into an accident and received a large settlement. Long story short all the money is gone. He spent it all buying expensive things for himself and going into business with a friend of his who stiffed him in the end. I worked a graveyard shift the whole time he was recovering before the settlement. I was there with him in the hospital for 4 days..no one called no one cared. But he sent his sisters a few grand. When I asked him to save and slow down he ignored me. He didn’t buy much for our son and argued with me whenever I wanted to buy something for the house. He doesn’t drive but argued with me over the car I wanted to get for the family. (High saftety rating, lots of room etc.) We ended up getting a shiitty car. I asked him to get a joint account so I can have a bank card of my own because I couldn’t tote his around to make purchases and he procrastinated on that. I asked him to help me pay off some debt I had which was a pretty low price and he didn’t do it. I owed money to my school and asked to pay that off..that didnt happen. He only offered what was in HIS best interest at the time. I asked him after it was all said and done did he try to show off for his friends and he admitted yes. He’s now working two jobs and wants to be a "team." He says he fucked up and he thinks about it everyday and so he trying to make up for it (with two fastfood jobs) we are struggling worse than before the settlement and I don’t think I can do this anymore. I feel as if when he felt he was up, his son and I were shit. He knew it all, he had it all. I’m educated and can make it on my own but feel bad for wanting to leave. am I wrong for wanting to do so?
I’m sorry for the long detail, but I wanted to give a big picture for better feedback. Thanks! (If. You have nothing to contribute to this question that is relevant please don’t do so).
Just to add…I worked when he was out, tok care of him and the baby, and went to school. Not once did i complain or nag. Before the accident I held most of the responsibilities in our relationship. I left my job to continue school fulltime because he himself said we were going to make this work and everything was going to be fine. I believed him and he failed me.

I have a mechanic who while fixed my cars existing problem, messed with my A/C and airflow. What can I do?

This happend in upstate ny, where this guy has always been dependable. However, the day after I get my car back, none of my vents will blow air and my A/C button won’t turn on. Its obvious it was my mechanic since he was messing with my hoses and what not. Did I just get stiffed? Or is there sometype of customer rights with mechanics so we don’t get sheisted.

Severe Neck and Back pain.?

I am having stiffed neck and back. I am having this problem for over 2 year. From last 2 week my neck is jammed and feeling terrible pain. I am also having recurrence dislocation of right shoulder.
From last one week i have terrible neck ache and pain in my throat area. Sometime my head starts spinning and severe headache. This thing also cause me pain behind my knee and my knee always do a click sound. I feel quite heavy near my ear . I also can’t hold my bladder for long. It feels like if i won’t go to loo immediately i may do it in pants.
I also hade unsafe oral sex with a unknown girl..i performed on her and now i am also worried about Hiv ( no fluid secreted).I am more concerned about my stiff neck , shoulder and back….

Potential real estate fraud. What should I do?

I have a problem I found what I thought was a reliable landlord for a house in my area. I was interested in renting a place of his he had available. I contacted him and he said that that house was still available and he had another place available nearby that was vacant but needed work he showed me one of his places and it looked ok but it was small for my needs but I told him its still an option. I gave him a 500.00 cash deposit for either that house or for the other bigger house he had on the other side of the block. He gave me a reciept of that deposit was very detailed it was for either house. He told me that within a week they would be able to finish the other bigger house that was available and he drove me by it to see the outside of the house and the location. It looked pretty good. I told him I can move in the middle of December. I gave him the deposit the 30th of October. I called him the next week and asked if they were workinging on the bigger house and for whatever reason he said they didnt start it and to call back in a week. I called back and he had another excuse why I couldnt see the house again. I had someone look up the house up on google by the address and it said that he owed taxes on the house of 185.00 plus interest, the taxes we not payed at all. I didnt know what to think. Two weeks after I gave him the deposit he called me and asked when Iwas able to move and I told him whenever you guys have it fixed up and available for me to see I will move either the rfirst of December or the 15th, he replied that the other house I looked at that was smaller and not what I wanted was available and finished for me to move into and said I didnt want that house. I kept calling and calling leaving messages and everything and he is not calling me back at all and its been over a month later. I seen in the paper a week ago that one of his other places is on tax sale on auction because he had not payed for the taxes on another building also. I did a check and every piece of property he owned in the city was deliquent on taxes, and I know that this guy stiffed me for the 500.00 deposit I gave him. I called and left a message saying if I dont either get my money back or move in by the 15th Im taking you to the local magistrate and still no call. It seems to me he gotten in over his head with the economy and used my money to put in his pocket!!! I talked to the police about it and they said that he did nothig wrong and to wait until after the 15th to take him to court.
Is this a case of true real estate fraud that I can file a criminal case to have him put in jail?
Or is this a legal issue that I can just resolve in court?
Or should I do both?
I still have a recipt signed by him showing the payment deposit on the two houses to move to.
